Routine Doctors Clinics
Daily clinics run from 8.30 to 11.30am and 3.00 to 6.00pm weekdays, there are some afternoon clinics that start at 1.30 and 2.00. Late evening clinics on Mondays & Thursdays from 4.50pm to 7.40pm, pre-bookable appointments for workers/commuters from 7.00 - 7.40 and can be booked in advance.
Saturday Clinic (one Saturday a month & one doctor only for Chronic Disease monitoring/reviews).
Nurses clinics Daily Monday to Friday 8.30 - 11.30am and 2.00 - 6.00pm
Antenatal Clinic
On Tuesday & Wednesdays by appointment with the midwife 9.15am - 12.15pm and 1.30 - 4.00pm
Child Health/Post Natal Clinics
For new mums/babies @ 6 weeks. This is a clinic for pre-booked appointments with a Dr to complete 6week checks for both mum and baby held on Monday afternoons between 2 and 4.30pm.
Please ensure that you see the Health visitors before your appointment to have the baby Weighed/measured, child health checks, immunisations and advice can be obtained from all the health professionals.
Minor Surgery Clinic
By appointment with a doctor on a Friday afternoon. Appointments will be offered to patients on a waiting list who have been referred by clinicians.
Joint Injections
By appointment with the doctor.
Over 75 Annual Health Check
By appointment with the nurse.
Well Woman/Well Man Clinic
By appointment with the nurse.
16-74 Health Check
By appointment with the nurse.
Diabetic/Asthma Clinic
By appointment with the nurse, who will refer you to the doctor if necessary.
Ischaemic Heart Disease Clinic
By appointment with the nurse, who will refer you to the doctor if necessary.
Diet And Weight Clinic
By appointment with the nurse.
Smoking Cessation
By appointment with the smoking cessation counsellor.
Women"s Health, Menopause And Contraception
By appointment with the doctor or nurse.
Chiropody
By appointment with the chiropody clerk based in the health centre.
