HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?
We are trialling a new appointment system.
Please use Patient Access to book a GP appointment on-line
CLICK HERE to go to Patient Access website.
50% of our appointments are now available to book online and you can pre-book in advance. Our booking system releases new appointments from 8pm in the evening so if you require a pre-bookable appointment, online booking provides the best opportunity to secure one. You can use this service 24 hours a day. The remaining 50% is split 50/50 with pre-bookable & book on the day appointments. The pre-booked slots can go very quickly and are offered on a first come first served basis.
If you do pre-book an appointment and no longer need it please make sure you either go on-line or text back the word CANCEL in reply to the appointment text reminder or call us to cancel the appointment. This will then enable the appointment to be available for someone else to book.
We also hold late evening clinics for workers/commuters on a Monday and Thursday evening, which are pre-bookable via the surgery or on-line. (the evenings can be subject to change due to clinical meetings or training events.
A Saturday morning surgery is held once a month on an appointment only basis for patients on a Chronic Disease Register who need a annual review. We do not offer any other services on a Saturday.
You can also go online to view or cancel any appointments that you may have already booked. To use this service you can either go to Patient Access by clicking on the link below and register or you can come into the surgery to register, you will then be given pin information which you are to keep and use to register with Patient ACCESS.
