Home Visits

Home visits can be arranged for housebound patients or those patients with a serious illness only. If you would like to request a home visit please telephone BEFORE 11.30am. Our on-call GP will call the patient to triage your request.

Any agreed home visits will take place after morning surgery.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of an illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.

If you are requesting a visit due to chest pains, possible stroke or heart attack symptoms,  you should call 999 and speak to the ambulance service.
