mobilephoneIf you wish to speak to your doctor or a nurse, you can leave a message with the reception staff, who will log your message on to our system. 

Requests for message to be left are only taken before 11.30am. A message will be left for the doctor or nurse who will call you back before the end of the day.

Messages are not taken in the afternoon (after 12pm) if you wish to speak to a Doctor or nurse unless it is an emergency.

Messages are only taken on the day that you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse.

As part of our policies and guidelines we feel that it is not safe to leave a message for a future date in case something happens beyond our control and the doctor or nurse are not in on that day and the message will be missed or not dealt with.
