We are experiencing problems with intermittent callers getting an unobtainable tone. This has been reported to NELCSU support. They are investigating the problem Monday 12th June 2017


If you would like to submit a complaint or suggestions for improvements to our services please do so by submitting it in writing to Dawn Lait the Practice Manager

You can go on-line using a computer tablet or smart phone by downloading the Patient Access App. You will be able to view your Medical Records, Order repeat medication, Book/Cancell appointments. You can use this service 24 hours a day even when we are closed.  If you have not signed up for this service yet please ask a receptionist how you can do this.

As from the 1st April we are now offering 50% of our appointments on-line. 25% can be pre-booked upto 4 weeks in advance for a routine appointment. The remaining 25% can be booked from either 10pm the night before or from 8am in the morning.

Using this service means that you would not need to telephone the surgery from 8am or come down to try and book an appointment.
