Practice Management

Dawn Lait, Practice Manager (f)

Practice Manager Responsible for the practice administration and the smooth, efficient running of the practice. 

Mrs Pat Medford, Asst. Practice Manager (f)

Pat is the surgery IT & Assistant Practice Manager, who deals with smooth running of IT as well as managing the Administration team and Medical Secretaries.

Pat works alongside Dawn Lait and deals with patient complaints, inappropriate patient behaviour towards staff. Smooth running of the surgeries services. Part of her role is to load the Dr's clinics/rotas onto the clinical system.

Administration

Miss Deepti Bhalla (f)

Deepti Bhalla is our Patient Liaison Officer.

She provides patients with information, updates the surgery website with PPG information and news letters.

Deepti speaks Hindi & Punjabi and often translates for our patients who mainly speak these languages.

She is the surgeries representative when there are any meetings held with our Patient participation Group.

Mrs Jenna Allison (f)

Jenna Allison is the Reception Team Services Manager.

She manages all of the reception team ensuring they provide a good service and are up to date with all reception procedures.

Jenna deals with any complaints about the reception staff

Reception

Reception also led by Jenna Allison, the reception team have a lot of information at their fingertips and can answer many of your queries. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence (the practice complies with the Data protection Act 1998). If you are unsure if you need to see a doctor, nurse or health visitor etc, the receptionists can advise you.
