EConsult has been switched off from submitting a request due to staff shortages

You will still need to wear a face covering in this building even if you are exempt as per NHSE guidelines it is mandatory to wear face coverings in an NHS site.

Due to the Recent outbreak of Coronavirus: if you have got a new cough or high temperature/fever or Flu like symptoms. NHS advice is not to come down to the surgery but use NHS 111 Covid webpage https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 or ASK NHS app' to assess your symptoms.

Home Visits

Home visits can be arranged for housebound patients or those patients with a serious illness only. If you would like to request a home visit please telephone BEFORE 11.30am. Our on-call GP will call the patient to triage your request.

Any agreed home visits will take place after morning surgery.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of an illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.

If you are requesting a visit due to chest pains, possible stroke or heart attack symptoms,  you should call 999 and speak to the ambulance service.
