The surgery has made changes to the appointment system we will be doing telephone triage and online consultations via econsult, if an appointment is needed the doctor/nurse will book you an appointment. Thank you for your support during these stressful times.

Due to the Recent outbreak of Coronavirus: if you have got a new cough or high temperature/fever or Flu like symptoms. NHS advice is not to come down to the surgery but use NHS 111 Covid webpage or ASK NHS app' to assess your symptoms.

Dawn Lait, Modality General Area Manager (f)

General Area Manager Responsible for all 3 Lewisham Modality surgeries.

South Lewisham group Practice, The Jenner, & Bellingham Green

Overseas the practice administration and the smooth, efficient running of the 3 practices. 

Mrs Pat Medford, Patient Services Manager (f)

Pat is the surgeries Patient services Manager, who deals with smooth running of the surgery as well as overall manager for all of the staff 

Pat works alongside Dawn Lait and deals with patient complaints, inappropriate patient behaviour towards staff. Smooth running of the surgeries services. Part of her role is to load the Dr's clinics/rotas onto the clinical system.


Mrs Jenna Allison (Reception Team Manager) (f)

Jenna Allison is the Reception Team Services Manager.

She manages all of the reception team ensuring they provide a good service and are up to date with all reception procedures.

Jenna deals with any complaints about the reception staff


Reception also led by Jenna Allison, the reception team have a lot of information at their fingertips and can answer many of your queries. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence (the practice complies with the Data protection Act 1998). If you are unsure if you need to see a doctor, nurse or health visitor etc, the receptionists can advise you.
