The surgery has made changes to the appointment system & are doing online consultations via econsult on the link on the home page or via NHS app & telephone triage only for those who do not have internet access. The request will be triaged by a doctor/nurse who will book an appointment if you have something that can't be dealt with on the phone or via a video link. Thank you for your support during these stressful times.

Due to the Recent outbreak of Coronavirus: if you have got a new cough or high temperature/fever or Flu like symptoms. NHS advice is not to come down to the surgery but use NHS 111 Covid webpage https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 or ASK NHS app' to assess your symptoms.

Pharmacists

Mrs Emma French (f)

Emma is our in house pharmacist who can review patients medication.

Emma can see patients with hypertension and who currently take medication to help with this.

Community Midwives

Our community midwives are attached to (UHL) Lewisham Hospital and provide antenatal care to expectant mothers and postnatal care at home after delivery.

They hold first midwife booking appointments which are an hour long on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9.15am - 12.15 & follow up antenatal appointments on Tuesday & Wednesdays from 1.30 - 4.00pm.

Pregnant women do not need to see a GP to be referred to the midwife, please contact the surgery to book an appointment for this clinic.

Community Nurses

A team of disctrict nurses are attached to the surgery and provide care for the housebound

Attached Staff

Community Drugs Project The CDP offers assessment, support and advice on all aspects of drug/alcohol use. They hold sessions at the surgery on a Monday & Friday by appointment only.

Patients wishing to use the service will need to be seen by their doctor first. The medical staff and CDP work together closely and will always respect your confidentiality.

Chiropody The health centre provides a chiropody service to local residents. Appointments can be booked via the chiropody clerk in the health centre.
